Refund policy

When your parcel arrives, you are welcome to open the outer parcel/packaging in front of the delivery rider to verify that:

• The correct product(s) you ordered are inside
• The quantity matches your order
• There is no visible external damage

This allows you to confirm your order is correct before completing payment (for Cash on Delivery).

Important: While you may open the outer parcel packaging to check your order, you must not open or break the seal of the individual product packaging (e.g., the box or seal of the skincare item itself) if you think you may want to return it. Once the product's own seal/packaging is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
